It starts with the welcome snacks, including the inevitable cotechino and the very tasty montanarine, suitable for any palate. First courses follow, with excellent risotto from the Riserva San Massimo and capon plin in a version revisited from our kitchen. Again the protagonist capon, this time as a baked second enriched with marjoram and the aroma of apricot.

Let’s move on to desserts, the favorite of children and not only. Also this year we are happy to present the traditional Bossolà made at Cappuccini and our delicious ice cream. Following mandarins, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts and a lot of joy to share.
